A poem:
Photographs:
A view outside our window…
Beautiful Oak…
Penny…
Hope and Ko-Ko…
Trees with light coming through the background…
Camellias…
Moon through branches…
Moon through branches…
I am grateful:
1. Penny seems to be gaining a little weight.
2. Jeremy came by briefly.
3. I brought Subway sandwiches home for supper.
4. Mom has many friends.
5. I have some chocolate to enjoy.
I hope your Sunday was restful and soothing. Find something to use creatively as you begin your week.
Always,
Jo Ann
camellia’s in bloom, wow! we don’t see those in the northeast until late summer (if at all!)
Denise, the Camellias have been blooming at least a month now. They will soon be gone. Everything here has been blooming a while. Georgia is a great place for flowers, especially as mild as our winter has been. You probably have beauty after most of ours has faded.
The moon photos are pretty. It’s a good thing your mom has many friends and is not isolated and alone as are many older people.
I so wanted the camera to focus on the moon beyond the branches as I could see it, but it did not work that way. I am glad you like the photos.
My Mom is always in touch with friends even though she goes out less than she used to. I am very glad to be here to keep her company too. She is a wonderful person.
