Thankful List on Tuesday

I am thankful:

1. Alex and Laura came here for New Year’s Eve and stayed home with us.

2. I bought a bunch of new clothes at the after Christmas and New Year’s sales.

3. We went to my great-niece, Jayden’s first birthday party.

4. The electric heat keeps us warm when the temperatures are extremely cold.

5. I can wear size 14’s now.

6. Alex gave me money for Christmas, two candles, and a waterfall.

7. Alex got a boost mobile phone today so he will have unlimited minutes.

8. Laura is a very sweet young woman and is genuinely in love with Alex, plus she is cute.

9. Mom did not have to cook for Christmas day.

10. Alex’s Nikes came while he was here for New Year’s.

Thankful Thursday on Saturday Morning

I am thankful:

1. Alex and Laura made it here safely from Pensacola just a few minutes ago.

2. Mom gave me GLO for Christmas.

3. Mom liked the outfit I gave her for Christmas.

4. We gave about twenty toys to Toys for Tots.

5. Hope is with me. She is a constant blessing.

6. We spent Christmas dinner with Jeremy, Christy, Jayden, and Linda.

7. Linda liked the gift I gave her.

8. We had wonderful Christmas food.

9. For scented jar candles that make the house smell good.

10. Mom gave me a Marine Corps tee-shirt for Christmas.

I am thankful…

1. I was able to save some money the last two months.

2. I saw that Wal-Mart had over-charged Mom and I for our Diet Cokes and we went and got a refund.

3. I found the PAD Chapbook Challenge.

4. The DIRECTV technician fixed the problem with our system. A frayed cable can cause many problems.

5. Mom has stayed home this week.

6. Ko-Ko’s surgery went well and she is more herself this morning.

7. I am writing every day.

8. I have read many books lately and that I found an Anne Rice novel at the library Tuesday.

9. My printer is working.

10. Jeremy is going to let Mom buy another storage building.

11. Alex emailed me yesterday.

12. Our electric bill is a lot lower than it was during the summer.
