I hope you will remember although forgiving others is hard it brings great benefits to you. When you forgive you let go of bitterness that eats away at you. Love is what we are designed to share and that does not mean abandoning others, it means living in relationship. People are not perfect, but we can respond to those in our life with generosity and love.

May you find energy to create something of beauty.

Always,
Jo Ann

  1. I thought others might experience the same thing I did about forgiveness. Even so, we are urged by God to forgive, even our enemies. It is a difficult thing to show love to those who harm those we love.

I am glad you liked the poem. It is not a traditional love poem. It is about the simple love between friends or family, but I am not sure it really conveys that.

    Always,
    Jo Ann
